The Project is located approximately 9 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip, within the Summerlin area, one of Las Vegas' most affluent communities, with an average household income +$100,000 within a 3-mile radius. Also, the area boasts some of the highest home prices in all of Nevada, including multiple guard-gated communities featuring million and multi-million dollar estates.

In 2013, Las Vegas saw 39.7 million visitors, with 2014 First Quarter showing a 5.3% increase over the same Quarter in 2013.

For the month of February 2014 versus 2013, Clark County taxable sales increased by approximately 10.4%, per LV Review Journal.
